Been searching everywhere on the car cannot find d it's location.. Its a skoda octavia manufacturer 11/2013. Checked under the wipers, under the glovebox under the foam.. Even thinking my car did not come with one but don't think it's possible. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks..

You have to remove the glove box to change it.  I'm pretty sure the owners manual details how to remove it to access the fuses.
