110k i would also be checkingall bushes particularly wishbone inner outer, upper inner, gearbox, dog mount, ( or visa versa) i would be draining the engine coolant and replacing, brake fluid change ( next change of discs/ pads) also check rear doors for leaks, and reseal if needed, gearbox oil, power steering fluid ... plenty to get on with :p

 

It's on 122k now, started this thread back in August. What benefit does changing the coolant have? It was all changed when the cambelt was done about 43k miles ago.

 

Brake fluid was done at 90k, pads/discs have a bit of life left in them and brake shoes and cylinders on the rear are new. Gearbox oil done at 100k. All doors were sealed when I bought the car and have so far been OK :)

 

It passed it's MOT in October with no advisories which I was quite pleased with.

sounds alright then :) i think coolant is suggested to be changed every 5 years.
