mAnd you can set it up manually without satnav:

Press the CAR button, then tap on the function surface → Light.

Travel mode:

- Light setting for the right/left-hand traffic

■ R-hand traffic - For right-hand traffic

■ L-hand traffic - For left-hand traffic

I have a UK spec 2017 (mk3) VRS, it has the projector type lights and these are adjustable on the infotainment system. Select "car", "settings", then scroll to lights. Options are LHD or RHD. Lovely job as PETUNET so rightly said .. Thanks

For those without LED/Xenon lights; its either headlight deflectors or (relatively cheaply) getting some LHD headlights. Skoda UK predicted this and did offer this as a (relatively cheap) swap across if you wanted to go down that line.
