Just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic forum. Been thinking about a Superb for months now, and having read 80 pages of this sub forum has pushed me over the edge lads.

Ordered a 2013 2.0 Elegance today - 140 with manual. Nice Champagne finish with a cream cabin. Will be getting it remapped and I want to retrofit a 2015 MF Steering wheel (no MF on it now)

Can't wait - been driving an Up since January and I've had enough

Even the pre F/L Elegance UK cars had a MFSW

Not in Denmark. It was definitely an option as many of the cars I've been looking at has had regular wheels and many has had MFSW

I believe you have leather seats as standard too? Mine aren't

Keep an eye on eBay - lots of UK breakers advertise parts there. It shouldn't be hard to get the MFSW from a Superb 2 for sensible money.

Good luck with the new car!  Specs do vary considerably from country to country but I assume it has sat nav, xenons, heated seats etc.

UK Elegance has MFSW and leather for sure. Wouldn't mind some flappy paddles in mine though...

I've actually decided on a different Superb. The dealer was putting me off a bit, and in the mean time I found one with 44k less on the clock (50k).  Still a 2.0 Elegance 140  - Same color, but this has a beautiful black leather interior and a Columbus system, and with 18" Skoda alloys for summer and 17" skoda alloys for winter.  From middle of 2012. Gorgeous car, which I am picking up in less than 2 hours...

 

Anybody got any tips for buying a MFSW and fitting it, would be greatly appreciated.
