Never posted on any forum before, but i think i'm really going to need some help with my new venture.

I'm just coming up to 60 and am saving as much money as i can to clear the mortgage.

 

For this reason.. ive just got rid of my 63 plate BMW 520... & moved to an 03 plate Octavia 130TDi L&K.. with 106k miles

 

If the beemer had been everything i'd hoped for i would have kept it.... but it wasnt.

 

This will be my 5th Skoda....

 

I drive about 40k a year and am going to use my new car till it stops!!!

 

I've checked on the forum by looking at other peoples posts, but i'm ready to take the plunge myself, having taken out the rear wiper motor & replaced it today....

 

So i'm ready..

Welcome to the community. Good luck with, the car, clearing the mortgage, retiring and not having to drive 40k a year.

 

There are a good number of high mileage cars now, not just SKODA, yours should be considered run in now
