Just purchased a 2012 skoda superb greeline se and very happy with it. However i miss sat nav and bluetooth. Is it possible to upgrade the touch screen with one that has these features? If so does anyone have any recommendations? My existing touchscreen has a phone button but it just seems to mute the radio?

You can upgrade the head unit, yes. Options for sat nav and Bluetooth are limited to the Amundsen Plus unit. If you go this route then you might have to hunt for a unit which actually has Bluetooth fitted, not all of them do.

Or you could widen your scope and go for a Columbus unit, and then fit a Bluetooth kit to the car. Most VAG cars have seperate Bluetooth fitted rather than Bluetooth in the head unit, so that means the all in one solution you're looking for is very limited as above. Fitting a seperate Bluetooth kit means you get a wider choice of head unit.

 

Depending what you have at the moment, you'll need a new fascia surround as the Amundsen Plus and Columbus are a different shape to the Bolero which I presume you have.
