Anyone know if and where you can get a replacement drivers side door mirror glass for the Octavia 3 with the wide angle portion like you got on the Octavia 2?

 

 

 

 

Note:

I totally agree that you should always look over your shoulder to check blind spot. 

 

I totally understand that some folk might find the wide angle section entirely unnecessary and may even find the Octavia 3 mirrors without wide angle portion to be an improvement over mirrors with a wide angle section.

 

I am aware that  stick on wide angle viewers are available - I had them in 1981

 

 

The last replacements I've had for our old fabia and e civic (Bo heated and with wide angle) have been from eBay...    But pick carefully to make sure you get one with a decent sized heater element - some are far too small for the size of the mirror
