Jeez, what a misleading thread. I came here looking for Superbs in high heels and fishnets. :p  Didn't realise you actually meant the great unwashed!!!

Mind you, if pictures of soiled cars is your thing... Live and let live is my motto.

Well, I guess some people really love their cars. Is the 280 *that* good? :p

Nah... it "does the business", just not in that way.

In all seriousness, Cappuccino is an awful colour for showing up dirt. You stand directly beside it and you can see it really needs a good wash. Walk a few feet away or take a photograph and it just doesn't show it.

In a similar manner the Anthracite wheels (or even my Bronze winter wheels) also struggle to look filthy even when I know they are.

I would like to see how various colors look when dirty and dusty, in particular how does magnetic brown look? I've tried to google a bit but seems no one is proud of a dirty car :)

Eg: pictures like this http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/164141-corrida-red-to-elan-dust/

Too late, mine was covered in dusty marks following some "dirty" rain the other week but I washed it on Saturday.

How's this, I'm reliably informed this is a Skoda

Well somebody had to do it. Wheres the one with the fit guy on the bonnet then?   :peek:

Aye aye, keep your fetishes to yourself. :D

Ey I'm still waiting for the fit girl on the bonnet! :p

Sorry OP, I have nothing of value to contribute except that, somehow, in a way, I quite like magnetic brown. Polish, clay and wax the thing and it'll barely ever get dirty anyway. Win/win.

There's a car in this pic?

An interesting question!

One thing I would say about mine (which is Business Grey) is that there is a tendency for a dirty streak to appear coming down from the driver's door handle. Somewhat unfortunate. It's quite clean at the moment, but I'll take some pics tomorrow.

No thats not Magnetic Brown.

If you want something that hides the dirt then it has to be silver, or at least a silver based colour, Business Grey is not bad at hiding the dirt, likewise Jungle Green is good tempered also (I personally think it doesn’t suit the shape of the car though).

Well then what color is it? Matto brown? Jungle green? Quarz gray?

Looks like the muscavado (discontinued IIRC)
