Some nice options like heated steering wheel and 360 degree top down aerial view.

Nice. I recognize a lot of options from the Tiguan. But no active display

Only of any use if you're in the Czech Republic though.

You just know that there will be a multitude of differences between what the EUM gets and what the UK gets, always is.

At least it gives you an indication of pricing

No it doesn't, because they're in Czech Irons or Euros, they're irrelevant here in the UK as are the specs.

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned before but the visualizer is up and running on the Skoda Auto page:

Love the Sirius wheels with Quartz Grey!

I was told by my local Skoda dealer that it gives a good indication of what features there are (as in what hasn't been made clear in press releases) and that spec for other countries will be out late this month or next month.

I think Lava blue suits Kodiaq well.

Yeah, I like it too.

What's the possibility of a decent sized petrol engine with DSG for the UK. The Ateca blew it for me!

Skoda have listed the 150 and 180 petrol with DSG. The 180 is 4x4 only

And seriously expensive and dirty in respect of emissions.

And seriously expensive and dirty in respect of emissions.

Please explain some more. Very interesting.

Well the 150 ps is 164 g/kw & the 180 168 g/km

Puts it in the very high first year VED band of £800. OK it'll be a standard £140 after that, but a petrol version is going to be very thirsty especially for those who (like myself) who'd go for the DSG box version.

The flip side of things is that do you want to risk having a VWG diesel engine, after the emissions scandal?

I wonder if like the Tiguan the petrol models will get Gasoline Particulate Filters? It sounds as if these will be mandated fairly soon, and if the issues being reported with lower mpg on the EU6 190 (EA288) diesels using DEF, whether the same will happen to petrol models?

Read tonight that Skoda will introduce their own version of this next Spring.
