Fabby Vrs - Equip Spec?

Featured Replies

Hi there,

For those of you who are owners of the Fabby vRS, can you tell me whether the electric door mirrors are heated?

Is the CD player standard.

Yes and yes! :)

As Matt has said Yes and Yes. Among a long list of other things which I think are the same as the comfort spec!

Mine was yes, and no, but I soon made it into yes and yes... :D

I think nowadays a CD player is pretty much standard as no-one really does tapes anymore.

As the pollsters would say: One out of one Fabia vRS owner says yes!

yes and yes but only 2 front electric windows i would of liked 4

No Fabia gets 4 leccy windows anymore. My dealer phoned Skoda to make sure our car would have them since the build week was just a fortnight before they stopped adding them. I was disappointed not to get a CD player in the Fabia but I got round it by using a portable CD player with a tape adapter. Also allowed make to operate my MP3 player through the radio and it's a good stop gap although I should conside a proper HU with CD and MMC compatibility.

Strange really about the leccy windows.

If you go on the French Skoda website, you can get a Furby vRS and as standard, you get 4 leccy windows. Also listed as options are front heated seats which I don't remember seeing for the UK version.

The heated seats are an option in the UK, however they are not available in any country at the moment hence the reason Skoda dealers dont push them. Apparently wont be available till next year, also the sunroof is sorta an option that isnt available (wanted both of them on my one, but cant get either) as Skoda havent got them installed in cars yet. Bummer really, wanted Xenon's/CD Changer/Cruise/SR/Heated seats, but ended up getting Xenon's/CD Changer/Cruise as the others werent available. Like the heated seats as the other halfs elegance has got em and they Rock in the winter! great for coming out of the gym and not freezing!

Oh well...... Life goes on, just have to drive home quicker ;)
