The binmen have a lot to answer for... Which tool is best?

It's official. My Citigo has been officially dented - and only a year before I potentially hand it back over :envy: It was either the land-rover or the binmen, who knows... I'm gonna purchase some dent repair rods and have a go at repairing the damage myself I think (damage just above the wheel arch). But first I'll have to remove the cover around the wheel. Does anyone know if I'll need a special tool to unscrew these 'screws'?

Hi, shame and bad luck regarding the damage, I think looking at your picture it's a standard torx headed screw or bolt, local garage or mechanic ought to be able to lend you one or quite often they are included in those screwdriver kits with multiple push in driver bits

I've never heard of of those. But I think you're right.

Found a cheap set on Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00CJCUG9M/ref=pd_luc_rh_sbs_02_01_t_img_lh?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Cheers. buddy.

Torx T25 bit. Try using a hair dryer on the arch first; it might pop itself back out.

Cheers, mate.

I did think about that. May try before I purchase the repair rod set.

You mentioned the T25... Have you had experience removing this casing before? You think this would be the right size?
