Needs to be personal not business lease

So long as you place an order by end of December, it'll be:

This offer is available on ŠKODA Finance 'Personal Contract Hire' with just £2490 deposit and then 23 payments of £169 per month. Mileage allowance is 10000 per annum, excess total contract mileage above 20000 will be charged at 8.4p per mile. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

It just gets better and better ...... as this incredible deal also includes Free Metallic Paint, Amundsen Sat Nav and Road Fund Licence for two years.

Need a quote on a different annual mileage? - No problem - please contact our Digital Sales Team for a revised quote on 01772 325401

Prefer the Estate? Great news - The Estate version is just £189 per month and the initial rental remains at £2490.

I got a similar deal for the 1.4 TSI SE Sport for £99 a month and £2490 down.

Order book is closed as the facelift Octavia is out next March. Only stock VRS models now available.

This deal beats Simpsons. I got my Scout from these guys (Johnson's Skoda in Birmingham)...

The Simpsons deal is £2490 deposit plus 23 months @ £169 = £6,377.

The Parks deal is £1,188 deposit plus 23 months @ £198 = £5,742.

Note that the Parks deal is 8,000 mils per annum, Simpsons is 10,000 miles.

Is that correct, my dealer was suggesting late 2017?

Once again, another Skoda dealer talking total rubbish.

Hope that's right because my PCP finishes in May, could work out quite nicely.

Anyone looking for lease deals should use contracthireandleasing.com

Really good site that's essentially a compare the market for car leasing.

Not very user friendly though, it would really benefit from a sort option to allow the user to sort by price.

No dealer would actually give me a lease (PCH) quote now that the order books have closed...

You may have better luck with lease companies who have "bought" build slots and specs, but with a new model around the corner depreciation (which is effectively what you are paying for with a lease) is higher.

Work out the best deal you can find, then look at similarly specced Golfs / Audis to see what the costings are.

whilst the "normal" facelift cars may be out in Spring, i haven't seen anything about when a vRS version will be available.

When I went down the Vrs 230 route I asked the dealer about the new Octavia Vrs and he mentioned the end of 2017 or even a bit longer down the line or If ever.........................

The only downside to it yeah. I've found just using multiple windows helps, and one of the things that I've found is that often you can get a better deal alternating between either 24 or 36 months

Dealer in Salisbury yesterday said that details of the face lifted VRS will be out in January with the first cars delivered in March. I asked him if he expected a power upgrade and sadly he didn't. I hope he's wrong on this point as I'm planning on moving to a petrol VRS from a diesel one when my lease is up in June.

You never know, when I asked a salesman at a Skoda dealership in 2009 about the upcoming MkII FL change he stated that it was just a few cosmetic changes. I lost interest but saw aftewards that whilst the power output remained the same, the engine was different and the interior equipment changed a bit. If Skoda wants to continue to attract customers to the VRS Octavia after 3-4 years in production then a 230Bhp standard car would help. Just to indicate that it was an improvement or oerformance boost. The new front end doesn't look that great to me in the pictures.

Chaps, again - dealer salesmen don't have access to inside information. You're better off looking at specialist car websites, here is also a good source of info.

They  (salesmen) will mainly tell you what you want to hear.
