For this kind of job, I think "Tiger Seal" would do the job perfectly.

Just don't get any on your fingers, clothes etc. It's nasty black goop that is hard to wash off.

It's what body shops use when doing this kind of job.

good man, opinions are like ars*holes, everyone has one. At least your question probably gave you the answers you want.

You didn't mention if you had xenons or not. If the eyebrows don't come with adhesive, and you have xenons, you're probably better off using Sikaflex or something similar to bond them on as this won't react with the polycarbonate headlamps. If you have non-xenons this is less of an issue but still, glue dries and cracks with time in most cases, sealant tends to last longer
