Does the rear centre headrest only come up a small amount possibly only 1 'click'?

 

No where near as much as the other two, I'm guessing it's due to the massive arm rest.

Correct . due to the length on the rails.

I have found it can't be removed either which is not good if you fit a car seat in the middle as the backrest won't sit flat.

There's a slot in the grommet that doesn't have the adjust button - poke the tip of the car key in there to release the headrest :sun:

If you want the seats to sit completely flat then you have to remove all the headrests.

I just leave mine off now, don't carry anyone in the back so not a problem.
