NOPE, spoke to the company who were protecting the bumper and they've returned it as he wasn't happy with the paint ! So the bodyshop have got a little more work to do

Have been dealing with them about this. It just seems nobody is taking this seriously ! Skoda UK have been chasing the dealer, but they just don't seem that bothered !

You have not had the best of luck with Skoda have you, the Fabia twincharger being an oil drinker then this Octavia.

Did you ask if John Goode was still with Skoda UK?

This current situation is a fiasco that the current Skoda UK Brand Director should have a senior at Skoda UK look into.

Duncan Movassaghi really needs to get a grip of these Official Skoda UK dealerships that he has retailing Skoda vehicles and doing Warranty work on.

He knows all about Aftersales and Warranty or should seeing as that is what he did for a living.

I know, pretty "bad luck"

 

John is no longer there. Have emailed Duncan, but no reply. So will send another to see if I get a response. 

It's back ! ! Booked tomorrow to have a "full" clean ! !  Can't wait ! 

All done. Found a few scuffs I don't remember it having, easily dealt with. Cannot fault the Gtechniq treatment. Was pretty easily cleaned, and doesn't look too bad now !
