I have noticed that roud plastic over bumper has moved out. I'm not sure if some thing was behind that cover. Shold I just put it back .

Is it the location for the towing eye?

That's the cover for the towing point, just pop the cover back in.

Sometimes they do not, just a place to put one, they can be missing from the last time the Skoda was winched onto and off the recovery truck.
