Hi 170 .The username was not given much thought for the future .Had elegance spec last time in combi, so decided I would try l+k this time in saloon.I seen photos of your new machine and it's a smashing colour combination with interior.

I had a saloon and unless you've moving big box, it's just as handy. More so in some ways, hiding things in the boot ;)

Cheers, I think it works okay and one of the few decent colours left at this stage.  I should probably have given my own username more thought as I had two 170s before but with the 150 now it probably looks a bit odd!  Are you buying local?

Do you mind me asking what made you go with Laharts over Corbetts, as I was tempted to deal with Laharts myself as felt I was being played at first by Corbetts.

What colour did you go for with the new one?  Storm blue was unusual enough in combi in the MKII especially around here as I never saw many on the road.  Hard to get a good deal local sometimes, were you trading a Skoda or another make? I find some of the local dealers can be funny with trade-ins.  I was hoping to deal around here as well but ended up in Clonmel.

Superb170 Went with quartz grey this time .The combi is still in the family,Storm blue with beige leather .Every dealer is different when it comes to trade ins alright .The trade in is a 520d.

Ah, is that a black 520d, I just copped now that I probably know you, its a small world as usual!  The grey is really nice too.  My other half is getting an Octavia in grey and I think its a very classy colour.  It will look real nice in a Superb.

Perfectly understandable LK, and it's great there's a group of us on here forming from Waterford, will keep an eye out for your motor as well around town.
