I am Reluctantly selling my BSA R10 Mk2 Original Bull Barrel 0.22 Air rifle because i need a new bike and this hasn't been used since i stopped pest control and target shooting. Its a beautiful great condition example with a new HAWKE Airmax 4-12 x 50 AO (Adjustable Objective) Mil Dot Scope and NEW genuine BSA 38" Tactical Carbine Padded backpack / Carry Bag.

I know this thread is very old, but did you ever sell the R10?

Yes i sold it for the asking price.

Ok thanks for replying. I am borrowing my friends R10 at the moment. Fantastic bit of kit. Cheers

It sure is, However i found that being so accurate and reliable that target shooting became too easy and subsequently a bit boring being able to stack pellets ontop of each other at 30m. The BSA lightening i had was spring powered and thus had a bit of a kick and was far less accurate and there for a bit of skill required to adjust to the movement on the scope.

If your in pest control or hunting then the R10 is hard to beat when paired with a descent scope.

Don't whatever you do put crap pellets in it. BSA pellets are terrible. Use Bisley Magnum or AA Superfield. This is what they bench test the gun on at the BSA Factory in Birmingham and are what they advised me to use.
