Steering wheel original is a Bi*ch to get off or near impossible, no way of geyying anything under the rim of th badge to prise it off without damaging the black anodised surround. I stuck the vrs badge over the original and it covers it exactly, I will post a pic of it shortly!

no the front cover moves not just badge .

There is a good reason for that, you dont want the badge coming off and imbedding in your face when the airbag goes off, also i'd be a little nervous of prising the front of an airbag with a screwdriver.

the steering wheel skin is pre-weakened to make it split in a specific way so it folds back as the airbag deploys, the badge will fold back with it - it's not like it being hit from behind and all the bits come flying off in your face.
