can you help my Octavia 2009 has a heater problem, it only works on full power no 4 so I changed the heater stat and the next one went as well so I changed the motor still the same so I changed the control panel and it still blows the stats.   HELP!

Heater fan speed only working on high speed is usually a resistor pack problem. Search on google "briskoda octavia mk2 fan works on high speed only" or something similar - and you should get some guidance.

I have changed the resistor pack 3 times they keep blowing, I have put a new fan motor in and changed the control panel?
