Which wheels

That's the ones. Hopefully they look good fitted.

Looking forward to see the pics, cause I also considered those wheels - just didn't go with them cause there were no photos of anyone who had done it as a reference.

Quick picture of the wheels fitted. My springs arrive today as well so will lower it when I get a chance.  I would definitely recommend 19s now as had 18" Geminis on before these. No noticeable difference whilst driving. Will get some decent pics when I get time.

Looks Awesome!!!! :)

Thanks.  I'm very happy with them and glad I took the plunge.

They look quite good and definitely different from the norm. Quite like them and I think they would look even better on a white car, like mine.

They look very good! They suit the car very well, even unlowered. Could you post a picture or two showing the wheel width related to the wheel arces fore/aft?

Some good shots of Superb wheels on an Octy in this thread, I think they are the same size and offset as these. 8x19 et44 seems to be standard for Superb and looks to fit without issue.

In this thread? I only see Xtremes, and they are 7.5" wide and ET 51.

Think he means the thread he linked to...?

Haha, yes of course. Sorry, didn't see it initially!

Ill get some pictures for you tomorrow. They are 19x8 et 44 and sit much better in the arches than the 7.5" ET51 wheels.

Thats good to know, I'm looking at some gloss black 18 8j Scirocco Turbine Interlagos for mine.

Wondering if 245s will fit nicely

These look great! Are they grey on all but the outermost part; or is it just the light? It kinda makes me wish I hadn't upgraded to the Alaris 18s (on my non-VRS) and done an aftermarket upgrade like these. I may put some lower springs on mine at some point. I think the height of your looks fine really; although is it a touch higher at the front than the back?

Ahh. I just found pics on t'interent of grey and black versions. There aren't any 'good' pictures of cars with the grey version. Yours is the best of what I saw. I think they grey ones you have look nicer than the black version. Just my opinion. But Nice!

I have the 19" one's and I hate them with a passion, they're very easy to damage, I've had to buy a new one to replace one damaged when I had to take evasive action due to a dumb b17ch in a big Volvo 4x4 coming towards me, not looking where she was going & talking to her little bar steward children, since then the other one has been damaged too thanks to a taxi driver in Dorking who pulled out with looking.

The gawd darn awful Pirelli P-Zero tyres have zero sidewall/rim protection which means the rims are very vulnerable to knocks. If you go for the 19" wheels get rid of the the Pirelli tyres if you have them and get some Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 or 3's which do have good protection and decent grip.

Would I have the 19" wheels again? Not a snowball in hell's chance.

I've asked the seller, let you know as soon as I do

I should have pointed out that the 19" wheels are also very difficult to have repaired, so unless you can find some tyres with decent rim protection or some decent quality rim protectors (I don't know of any), then stick with the bog standard 18" wheels and save yourself some cash, as you'll save on getting new wheels and when it comes to trade in time you won't get anything extra for having the 19"ers anyway.

If they are genuine ones the ET should be 41

Seller is saying et45

Genuine interlagos (part number 3C8601025D) are definitely ET41 (I have them on something of mine) either they are replicas or he is mis-reading it.

Not a great issue unless you really want factory VW wheels and ET45 may be a better fit for the front. 8" at ET41 is fairly close
