Ok, following a recent thread, this is just out of curiosity, and not asking for anyones opinions on the matter.

Would be usefull if there was a poll mate :)

wheres the poll?

edit... oops - posted same time as Mr Walkie

Ooooh there it is!

I went regularly to Milton Keynes cruise when it was on Midsommer Blvd. years ago. Also been to Brighton and Guildford cruises.

Most enjoyable part was watching teneage girls take their tops off (I was 17-19 at the time)

lol, good old MK Cruise, I used to go there when I was about 17, used to get some serious metal turn up, i'll never forget my ride in a skyline

Do you remember the green Morris Minor van?

It made me chuckle when a scoobie and Astra GTE were having a race, a Police transit pulled out behind them and chased them away

Cruises are for irresponsible cockbadgers :finger::D :D

Bike meets are for us more reserved friendly types

PS Tongue firmly in cheek

I loved that van, so ugly it was beautifull, was kicking out some pretty impressive figures iirc

I think most people here have been to a cruise and enjoyed it at some point TBH. Those same peopl ehave probably grown out of it by now though - myself included.

I have a video to put up later on this evening. It needs editing a little first though. :)

I dont feel it's a case of growing out of them, there were many much older people attending the Rochdale one.

"Growing out" is more related to maturity rather than years on this earth... :D

Rob.

I'd give it a go if a few of us were going, but I don't think I'd bother on my own.

You've got to give these things a try :)

I fink ur all ***** that Go 2 Cruises

Heehee, I think Will's was more tongue in cheek than ever - And he has cheekiness a plenty I reckon. :D Dunno how the hell Bex controls him?

I don't know how she does it though. Would be enough to drive her to drink I should think... Oh hang on, she already likes a bit of the cider.... Maybe the only way she controls you is knock you out with the Apple Juice. :P

I have to say I won't be doing any burnouts at Weston. :) Not ruling out some wheelspin though.

NO Nooo nOOO

it's J2O Orange and Passion Fruit

all those lovely Colours and Preservitives

and I always thought the reason becky drinks loads was because of her Student life :D

Oh yeah, you don't really wanna do burn outs at Weston no where Safe

the only thing worth doing is a drive on the beach car park, as there should be loads of us about to dig you out if you get dug in

I used to have loadsa fun in my old Banger Rear wheel Drive Sierra on there

but I wont be taking my skoda on it as it will get covered in Sand and its really difficult to get sand out of the car afterwards

:D Dunno how the hell Bex controls him?

she dosent. she just lets him get on with it. we just spoke to each other and let tigger do what he wanted to do on sat!!!

Came Across one a couple of years back. Wasn't too happy it was in a car park right behind my house. But those involved were having fun.

My feeling is if they can be controlled, don't offend anyone and are enjoyed by all who go great.

Just worried at 38 that I'm too old.

Does that still happen  I might be interested in going to one or two or

A "cruise" is just that....a long line of polished shiny quality cars processing along a street or park..just like the old Chelsea Cruise of years back. The current affair of shredding tyres, burn outs etc all in a superstore carpark annoying the locals and using the streets as a race track are'nt and should be banned.

If they want a "meet", then fine....butchers sell it:rolleyes:
