I have a 2010 170 Superb estate and we use it to tow our caravan. The rear right coil spring has broken and I'm thinking should I be replacing with standard spring or is there a stiffer spring I should be fitting?

Ive read a thread about spring assistors but know little about them to be honest.

The car sits fairly low once loaded with kids, luggage, bikes and hitched to caravan.

I've fitted these to my Superb and so has my dad, they simply fit inside the standard spring:

You don't particularly notice them when driving solo but they stiffen the rear end when you hook up the caravan. Others have fitted various versions of this if you search the forum.
