Cruise control not staying at selected speed

Have noticed a few times that when I have set the cc it seems to drop by a few mph at about 70.  It doesn't do it at any other speed.  

 

Any one suggest why this is happens?

Does the SE have some sort of speed limiter cruise control?

 

Basic Set/Resume/Cancel/+/- on my facelift S model
