I'm looking to upgrade my front door speakers, what tools and parts would I need to do this? It would be my first time doing it so how easy would the job be to do?

I'm busy doing mine. I have 6 1/2 rings and some focal component speaker to fit. I removed front ones last weekend, you have to drill rivets out to remove. The only problem I can see is that I wanted to fit tweeter into door and not a pillar but don't think the focal crossover will fit door 

One thing that comes to mind if you are having to drill out rivets, make sure the swarf doesn't immediately migrate to the speaker magnet and get into the centre of the cone!
