Sports exhaust on VRS230 and FL 245

Featured Replies

I'll look forward to it. Love the car. Just wish it was slightly more vocal.

Bloody EU regs... ;) - yeah, mine used to be quiet AF. Then loud AF, due to the non-resonation.

Now - and I said this to my other half whilst quite literally 'burbling' round town - it's perfect with the turbo-back Scorpion system (now resonated).  To be Shark Stage 1-ified on Saturday.

sounds about right.  i tried a non-res miltek on my mk2, way too loud, fun if you like that sort of thing (ie you're 19 and hang out in mcdonalds carpark) but for a grown up it was way too much and unbearable on the motorway.  i removed it very quickly.  resonated is that way to go IMO.

Yeah, you're not wrong! Only very occasionally does the inner McD's-loving 19-year old yearn for the pure noise of 'bwaaaap'-ing up a B-road. (Ears bleeding and teeth chattering).

My facelift 230 is really, really quiet!

Hi ive got 230bhp 2016

Only had a few week prev vrs tdi 2014

Love the car but wondering can you fit exhaust off 245bhp on as supose to sound better.

Thanks

If you have a pre FL 230 which I assume you do being a 2016 then I think it is the same exhaust as the 245.
