Interior question

Featured Replies

Just noticed today that there's a wee flap on ceiling in front of interior light switch. What is this for? Just to block a bit more sunlight when visors down?

thanks in advance

   It should be the same colour as the sun visors.

Just a guess as I have never seen inside a MK1. If you have a sunroof, it could be to access the allen key bolt to close the sunroof incase of it packing up. I have seen this on other cars.

It's just a funny wee flap, doesn't seem to cover anything, I'll try get pic when I get a chance just to see what purpose it serves!

If it's the same as the one on my Elegance, it does fill in most of the gaps between the sun visors and the rear view mirror.
