My friend has got a squeaking noise on his Rapid coming from where the RED arrow is pointing.

 

Any ideas?

If that's the front left, lots of them creak - mine always has. @Techie had most of the front left corner replaced bit by bit without curing the creak.

Yes I have the same in my Toledo, it comes and goes, it does not seem to harm anything though, as tyres are all wearing evenly so it must be a "thing" with the Toledo and Rapid hatchback.

Same, OE PremiumContacts have 32000 on and even wear.
