No. I am SICK TO DEATH of saying this. BLACK is the colour to go for, you know it makes sence!

They look good in any colour.... just go for it, once your behind the wheel you won't give a dam what colour it is.

Henry Ford said it first. I'm saying it again .......BLACK

I think at 7.5k for that car you will already have benefited from the lower residuals of the Yellow cars. That said, you admit that the dealer has struggled to move it himself and has had to slash the cost - you might find yourself in that position sometime.

Not really much help to you I know but if you want it buy it.

One other thing to be wary of is SWMBO not liking it - you'll never hear the last of it mate.

Spot On !!
However the Black Magic paint is the WORST[/b'] paint I've ever had on a car because of its propensity for scratching - this wouldn't happen with a yellow one.

I don't think it matters what colour it is, it will still scratch. I'm sure Yellow scratches just as much as Black, Red or Silver.

I got black because it was a good spec and reasonable value (second hand) and I like the look of the black ones. I also like the look of silver and this would have been my first choice as I hate car cleaning, plus I like the red and also the yellow!

Basically as had been said: It looks good in any colour, it's a bargain, if you've got the nerve then buy it, it you haven't then don't, but it may be at the back of your mind for a long time that this was the 'one that got away'. I don't expect they'll shift it in a hurry due to the time of year, it's still winter, not long after Xmas and the 06 plate is around the corner so more p/x's are on their way. Take you time and make your mind up. Then buy the darn thing - yellow looks great with tints BTW!

Yes, there's more of us about than you might think. Red and silver are too common; black is too funereal. Yellow is cheeky, cheerful and visible.

remember by black one is up for 8500!!! with 30k on the clock
