Key fob stopped working randomly?

Hi guys, I have an 08 Octavia Vrs. I woke up to go to work one morning and noticed my Key remote would not open my car door, even though I could see the red LED working fine. So the first thing I did was change the battery and it still did not work. 

 

Does any body have any idea, tips or tricks on how to fix this issue please?  

 

Probably worth noting that, it is the correct battery, my other key will work and I can see the LED flashing when I press any button.
