Felecia 1.3 air blower issue

Featured Replies

Hi, my felicia's air blower seems to be damaged as I can barely feel any air coming inside even on the 4th speed.

i figured that the two fans of the blower don't spin. So any ideas?!!

Check first the series resistor located on the side of the blower housing.

Any picture will be helpful. Thanks in advance

Follow the hoses that go to the heater matrix. Right near it you'll see the 4-pin connector of the series resistor.

I've had two air blowers stop working solely due to a motor brush spring breaking because of corrosion. I found locking forceps to be a great help to grip the new spring and hook it into place. The spring from a retractable ballpoint pen might work as a replacement, although I haven't tried it.

Cleaning the commutator & recutting the gaps would help immensley!
