Вопросы как всегда возникли в самом конце установки полного привода, а именно при установке кардана, но по-порядку все.
Делаю не я, а квалифицированные люди, я лишь могу написать подошли ли запчасти)
Коробка dq500 нзт с маховиком Сакс, с верхней опорой Lemförder и стабилизатор превосходно подошли отлично.
Потом был установлен бак от суперба, под хомут второй, кстати, у нас в кузове есть отверстия, нужно только заложить туда распорные гайки. Про то, чтобы вырезать отверстие под перекачивающий насос, я вообще молчу.
Затем были переставлены все рычаги с родного подрамника, на алюминиевый, с заменой стабилизатора и установкой редуктора с приводами. И он был благополучно инсталлирован на машину.
Кстати, установка кулисы с более длинным тросом тоже прошла успешно.
Затем следовала установка кардана, где все было не так радужно.
Все Началось с того, что кронштейн с подвесным подшипником оказался большим для нашего тоннеля, и поэтому необходимо подточить кронштейн с пассажирской стороны, но это пол беды. Проблемы только начинались.
Задняя муфта кардана, при его примерке, упирается в днище кузова, причём все экраны сняты.
В Передняя муфта кардана упирается рейку, а точнее в ее экран.
С решением проблемы с кронштейном подвесного понятно-подточить.
А вот с муфтами остаётся открытым вопрос, почему они упираются?! Помогите
