Alignment requirement after front drop link changed?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if after replacing a drop link on the front wheel alignment required?

should you replace in pairs?

My gut feeling was yes to 4WA because it's a suspension component.

Not for a drop link, as it doesn't affect the alignment. Had it been lower arm bushes, steering arms etc then yes. Not essential to replace in pairs, although the other one will probably go soon after (they usually do)

That's good to know otherwise it will be the 4th alignment to be done this year after they are changed.
