Hi All,

Can I get everyone's experience of android auto in general?

I'm considering an android auto capable head unit in my mk1 fabia vrs.

Also, specifically have people been able to run any background apps while android auto is running? I have a dashcam app that can record in the background; I wanted to find out if it's possible to allow other apps to start and run in the background once android auto is connected?

Many thanks,

Dan

Good feeling with Android auto.

When operating it's impossible to run any background app...

If you phone can handle MirrorLink there are some beter mds you can do so you can run lots more apps tha you cannot with Android Auto. The head unit will also need to support it.
