I've just been told by the seller its a self adjusting clutch so no special tools required.

 

He specifically mentioned that LUK kits require that but Sachs doesn't so I guess I am safe...

Usually if the clutch is self adjusting it requires the special tool. It should say on the box whether the tools needed. As for the slave no special tool required its just 3x 9mm bolts
