Just joined, Just bought a 1yr old superb.

 

Noticed that it has a funky smell when the air con is on recycle.

 

I was reading about turning the AC off 10min prior to stopping, whilst keeping the fan running.

 

in the mean time, to fix the issue, should I be spraying air con cleaner down /around the pollen filter intake, and also on the re cycle intake vents?

 

I know where the pollen filter is, but am unable to find the recycle intake vents. Any points to their location?

Can't help you with how to clean, but it's probably bacteria that's smelling, and they can make you sick.

Have you purchased a New Pollen Filter ready to fit.

Remove the old one, and put a Air-con Bomb in the car, do as the instructions. 

Asda have them for sale. 

 

Then fit the new Pollen Filter.
