Sunday Stripes

Featured Replies

I know most people are going to hate this but I did it anyway. A few months ago I saw a white bmw 3 series with black stripes down the side where the body cut in and I thought it looked really good. I be Live it's the m-perfformance decals.

So it's Sunday, I've half a tin of plastidip and an hour to spare, and here is the results.

Looks really nice up close. Do you have a photo where the whole car is visible?

Edit

From a distance so to say :)

Unfortunately this is as far as I can get at the minute. But will be able to get some more photos tomorrow.

It looks nice.   The thing I've been toying with when mine turns up is to do the skoda and superb badges in black.  I think that would suit a white car, but I'm not sure how easy it would be.  Especially as I've never used plastidip

Neither had I until last week, first thing I did was the badges, just watch a few you tube videos especially fonzi from dipmycar.com and you'll be fine. Even any overspeay can be wiped off so have a go.

One slightly wider shot showing the stripe, newly tinted rear windows and Matt black exhaust trim, oh and black badges.

Also a closeup of the sportline badge at the front of the stripe, although you'll see I missed a bit underneath (luckily not noticeable unless you're a toddler)
