New Fabia VRS owners

Featured Replies

Hey all. We'll be asking about how best to look after our new second hand car.

Hello Lou welcome along to the Skoda forum what Skoda have you got?:)

a 2013 Fabia VRS.  My first supercharged car!  I am still terrified of reversing an automatic car and am resorting to left foot braking....  our drive is on a hill and a curve. seemed easy with a stick shift....

I must admit I still fancy a skoda yeti and might get one next time round.

It's been 16 years since my Mark 2 Golf Gti and I I missed it.  Along the way I've had a jaguar XJ12 5.2l, a landrover v8, a fiesta mark 1, a fiesta mark 5, and two BMW 3 series (e36).

Welcome.

Be aware that if you are touching the brake you are cutting power drive, maybe best using the hand brake, and you have hill hold assist as well so holding the car for a couple of seconds if the brake has been pushed hard enough, light touch braking does not have the Hill Hold assist activating.
