Apple Carplay not working?

Featured Replies

2016 SE with Smartlink.  Android Auto works great but no joy with Apple Carplay, with the phone connected via USB I'm not getting any connectivity via Smartlink.  It's an iPhone5 that is Carplay ready.

I've tried 2 different cables with no luck.

Any tips?

Turned out be 2 non apple lightning USB cables were the problem, a genuine Apple cable and all working as it should.

Glad it's sorted and thanks for providing an update. Doesn't always happen.

That's good to know. I get mine next Friday and have bought a right angle non Apple cable. I'll see how I get on with it.
