Yeti - Easy Upgrades

Featured Replies

Mrs drives a 2014 Yeti S TDi (face lift)... being the S model, comes with next to nothing on it in terms of extras.

Anyone can recommend easy / cheap / straightforward upgrades of any sort?

Thanks..

Under-seat storage boxes

I was going to say USB power to the dash-top tray but I'm not sure that's easy on the S - is the tray part of the dash rather than removable? If it's removable then upgrade to dash-top box rather than tray :-)

Thanks Gyp, much appreciated - will look in to these.

Not sure about the dash tray... will check tomorrow as car is outside and I'm buried in the sofa.

Re under-seat storage, 49 euros each at SuperSkoda - she's not worth it! B)

That's ok if the S one can be removed but I've got a feeling it's moulded in rather than removable.

If you can swap it over and add power it's a great place to put a phone out of temptation

Take a look at my project journal thread for a whole host of "easy upgrades" - it's linked in my signature below.

Hey there

As a new owner and member, I really enjoyed reading your mods thread. Shame it ended on such a note. Plenty on there to take a look at.
