...which is true if you have templates ... 

Information: Requires fitting template (part number: 5E5071718)
 

But I could not buy those templates

 

The questions is - how can I adjust properly now the door sills. Has anyone done it by his/her own?

Yes, they are just self adhesive.

 

Just thoroughly degrease and clean/dry the sills first.

 

I just measured the distance and used some masking tape to line them up. 

 

The sills kind of fit with the curve of the sill, and you can use the interior plastic trim joins to line them up.

 

Haven't fitted them but if I was going to, I'd do exactly as above.

I got the vrs ones from superskoda for the rear door sill and just did what glosrich said.
