Surgical removal?

Featured Replies

Helllloooooooooo everybody..

I've been 'lurking' on the site for a good year now and a very recent purchase has spurred me into action.. so I thought I'd better say hi! :D

Saturday saw the arrival of my new toy... a 51 plate, 27k, FSSH, Octavia vRS in Skodas finest mettalic silver. And its here that I can explain the title of this post.. I have been advised by my doctor that if I ever get tired of the huge-great grin that suddenly appears somewhere between my chin and nose and stretching between my left and right ear whenever I start driving the vRS, that I can have it surgically removed.... guess it'll be there for the foreseeable future then!!

Also, the user name.. about the time I registered, I had just become a proud Uncle to my first neice :P (which is why it took so long to buy the vRS.. all the extra presents were hitting my bank balance fairly hard!! ).

So thats me and a bit about my car.. so once again.. its hello from me!!

Richard.

Welcome.

Hi and welcome:)

welcome aboard

Welcome to Briskoda. I would hold off having the op for a while because if you end up going down the slippery slope of remapping etc, you will need to have it done again. :D

Hi there :)

As DGW says, that surgical removal is an iffy procedure :nono:

Besides which, how do you know it would be successful, since it (the grin) will return instantly every time you look at your niece? :)

A big welcome to you and your niece
