Oil cooler problem

Dear All I need technical support as I own Octavia A4 Model Manual 
Chassis Number: TMBCK11U242953169
Engine No: 134451
Here in the after sales smart service of artoc auto replaced for me the oil cooler five times as the oil mixes with water in the water bottle without knowing the reason that causes this problem and causing me much financial problem since I replace oil cooler and get new coolant bottle and oil filter and cooling water and engine oil plus labor chargers repeatedly now every four month and there is only one answer given to me that cause is the oil cooler material is not original but I can't believe that or be convinced. So I am seeking your urgent support as all the spare parts here in Egypt no guarantee is given it .i nee to know the real reaon and how canw b protected

Hello, welcome to the forum. I think the oil cooler may be a red herring - I don't think there is any coolant water circulated through that. Could your mechanic actually be referring to the INTERCOOLER radiator if your car is turbo-charged. Otherwise I would suspect that you may actually have a problem with the cylinder head  - has this been checked for leakage?
