Voice enhancer feedback

Featured Replies

Since I got my car a week ago I've been getting a strange high-pitched feedback sometimes when listening to the radio.  I worked out what it was today - it's the 'voice enhancer' picking up the radio and amplifying it back to the rear speakers again.  I've turned it off and all is well again.

Has anyone else had this?

I was sat in a car park eating some crisps and the rustling noise behind me freaked me out.

Voice enhancer volume was set at 100%

I turned it off then as I don't carry anyone in the rear normally.

The Superb is quieter than my 03 VRs estate so dont think I'd need to use it anyway.

Glad it wasn't just me... I've had this as well.  Basically any noise or sound in the cabin would get replayed with strange echo'y effects.

I've turned it off for the moment but I might experiment with a less sensitive setting.  TBH I think it's bit of a gimmick as the Superb is quiet enough it's not really needed.
