garage in London to service my Yeti?

Featured Replies

Hi, can anyone recommend a reliable garage in London, to give a full service to my '63 petrol Yeti?

East London preferably...

and what would be a reasonable price?

Thanks!

If you wanted to go a little further afield there is VTR a VW specialist in slough but I understand that might be a bit too far. Lovely guys there and they know their stuff about VW cars.

Got my car mapped by them a couple months ago!

Many thanks - but a bit to far for the moment.

You say in London, do you mean the City.
London is a big place.

Dealer or independent?

If you want a dealer than you have trans city auto in Walthamstow. If you want an independent then most would be good nowadays as they would want to keep your service but I'm sure google would be helpful if you want a vag specialist.

I'd recommend Trans City in Hoe St., E17.  I bought my Yeti there and they provided a very good service.  Only downside is a very tight site though.  For servicing, I'd also recommend Progress Skoda in Edinburgh Way, Harlow.  Not too far up the M11 from East London.

Likewise transcity. Note they will do a pick up / drop off which avoids the small site issue

Give these a call - will possibly come to you and will be a LOT cheaper than anywhere else - but still a great quality service.
