Problem with window lifting(?)

Okay so this isn't a serious issue but it kind of bothers me. Whenever I lock the car, the driver's window is always being slightly lifted by the motor, even when I make sure it is already fully lifted before locking. I wonder if that's because the driver's window in my car was replaced with a substitute glass, or if it's just a weird quirk of the car.
