Did another 50-miles yesterday as the sun was out, so 360-miles now and 140-miles to the 1st Service where hopefully another toy will be fitted if all goes well ;).

Much better being able to use 6000 rpm now

I'm hoping that the parts/service guy can fix me up with a half price Arrow Can from Triumph (they have a sale on at the moment with good savings on them, you just have to trawl through the list on the main Triumph Web Site).

Don't know if its TFT or LCD, its not the colour one anyway, its certainly better than the tiny numbers that were on the speedo of the Sprint lol.

I did have a moment of panic when I first picked it up when I saw what looked to me like a Triangle with an exclamation mark in it, thinking that it was a warning and then thinking oh no not shades of Sprint GT SE again I pulled over so that I could take a better look only to discover that the triangle was actually a road and the exclamation mark was the line markings down the middle of it and its the indication that the bike was in "Road" Riding Mode :D:D:D

Pretty good photos those (i did have to search abit to find them, but they aren't far away from the link!). Good quality too. Someone abit good with the metering and focus modes at the dealership on the quiet?

Looks a well tricked up bike that. Heated seat too... cant say i've ever had one of those on a bike!

They were taken by a lad at the dealership

Exhaust upgrades are a must, even if they don't add power they do bring musical joy :)

The TFT screen should look something like

Not sure if it's a trip to Specsavers that's needed by you or better investment in pictographs by Triumph.  I'd have probably done the same. At least you didn't go storming back to the dealers over a warning triangle for them to quietly tell you it's in road mode.

You're preaching to the converted about exhausts, remember I'm also a Harley owner ;)

That must be the screen of the 2018 models that ships sometime in the New Year, March if I remember correctly, that has a number of updates on it although there is speculation that there will be a fair price hike, I'd be interested if the LED Headlamp Cluster can be reto-fitted to my model though as I do like a bit of LED lighting :)

I had forgotten you know all about all noise and no go. keep it quiet but HD's and cruiser are starting to appeal to me.

I can't see why they couldn't be retro fitted but may have to change the electrical socket rather than just plug and play.

It might be possible to retrofit but i don't think it will be too easy. LED's have drivers, theres abit more to it than halogens.

Bet the price of the light unit will put you off trying...

I seem to recall the Tracer headlight unit being roughly £800 when i looked into it out of curiosity.

Well I paid over £400 to get the H-D one for the Dyna, fortunately it used the normal H4 connection so it was an easy plug and play :)

I bet the standard lights on the HD were like candles in the wind though?

Can't imagine the Triumph ones being too bad?

Yes, its a nice sound, not extremely loud but loud enough to know that its not the standard can, I think he said that the baffle had been removed which surprised me as I expected it to be really loud lol. I'm pleased though I've got a couple more things that I'm looking at, maybe the January sales will be kind to me ;).

Good effort. Thats what i like, loud enough to enjoy but not loud enough yo do your head in.

Ooo more goodies? ;) what you thinkin?

I'm thinking the high "beak" that the off road version has, some Givi Inner bags (the Triumph panniers and top box are made by Givi) and Givi do a rather neat tool box that fits inside the pannier frame of the LH Pannier and maybe some uprated H4 bulbs for the headlights.
