Need Mechanic for Octavia vRS 1.8t - Morecambe, Lancs, NW

Hi all I need some help and want to get to know someone who can maintain my vRS starting with my most immediate problem the ignition barrel seems knackered and car is not running.

The ignition/dash lights are stuck on even when they key is removed. When the key is back in and turning on, its not engaging the starter and seems to be just slipping past that part (making me think its just stuck or broken inside in the on position) 

I also want to get full service and cambelt waterpump combo within a month too and really want someone who works on these cars to attend to it....

So if anyone can recommend some help as close to Morecambe as pkssible I will be very grateful.
