MFD not being able to access menu

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I'm new here so apologies if this subject has already been discussed here.

I just bought a skoda octavia mk2 2008 elegance and it's a lovely car, couldn't be happier with my choice.

Just wondered if anyone on this forum has ever had issues accessing the MFD menu?

I was able to access it in the first few days but it had suddenly stopped and now I'm not able to access the menu anymore

Fuel consumption,  instant consumption,  average speed etc show normally for both trip 1 and 2

Anyone help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S: the car has 111000 miles on the clock,  it seems like it's well maintained,  should I expect any parts to break down soon? I can hear a slight horsey sound coming from the intercooler around 1500-1800 rpm. Not sure if it's just in my head, turbo seems to be working fine.

Thank you!

(a happy octavia fresh owner)

Problem with the stalk perhaps.

Try the opposite botton see if that one works
