Noticed the other day on my dad's Elegance that the Phonebox area is illuminated.

Checked my vRS and no illumination. Is there an easy way to find out if the bulb is out or if it's a feature not installed on my car?

Not sure what you mean by phonebox? Are you talking about the storage area behind the gear lever, at the bottom of the dash area? If so, mine is definitely illuminated white.

Mine is illuminated; just noticed it this evening - never noticed it on my previous 16 plate 2.0TDi.

Probably a faulty bulb then. Anyone know if you can slide out the bulb or do I need to remove the whole center console to reach it?

I think it's LED so probably not easily replaceable. Appreciate that's not much help though!

Could it be that the illuminated oens have the wireless chargin option?

Mine is illuminated I don't have the charging option.
